Registering for a new account

To create a new account users are required to provide a unique user name, and their email address.

Note: Passwords expire after 60 days, you will receive an email notification to change your password before the end of 60 days. If you do not update your password, your account will be disabled. You can request your account be reactivated by contacting the M/CIO Helpdesk (cio-helpdesk@usaid.gov).

  1. Click on the ‘Create new account’ link
  2. Provide a unique user name
  3. Provide your email address
  4. Pass the reCAPTCHA verification prompt
  5. Click ‘Create new account’
  6. You will receive an email with instructions to complete your account setup, and set your password
